EMCO Plastics is one of the largest independent plastics distributor and fabricators in the Northeast United States. 

We stock over 60 different grades of material from ABS to Zelux W polycarbonate in sheet, rod, tube and profile shapes.  Our inventory is comprised of over 7,600 line items, which means quick turn around of orders.  We are able to cut any of these products to your required size with our computer controlled panel saws that maintain constant square cuts with tight tolerances.
Our machining department is staffed with knowledgeable individuals who are experts at their craft.  The facility is equipped with a bank of Fidal vertical machining centers, CNC lathes and routers and full compliment of auxiliary machinery.  The custom fabrication division is also an area in which we excel.  Experienced fabricators are capable of manufacturing replacement machine guards, prototype models, or production jobs for thousands of units of display items or O.E.M. components.  Acrylic, P.E.T.G., Styrene, Celtec and Polycarbonate are our specialty.
 
Plastic welding of PVC, Polypropylene, Kynar, Polyethylene is another service we offer to our customers.  We are "The Source" for items like air scrubbers, waste water treatment vessels, storage containers and plating tanks or any plastic products that require welding.
