Cable tie mounting bases (with screw hole) provide the
backing to fasten wires and cables into a bundle and mount.
Used when mounting cannot be drilled.

  
 
    MATERIAL:  Natural Nylon 6/6 or Heat Stabilized Black Nylon.
OPERATING RANGE:  18 lb. though 120 lb.
DIAMETER:  1/2" square  through  2" square.
COLOR:  Natural Nylon 6/6 is the standard.  Available in Black Nylon.
      Unique design with Center Screw Hole which also allows for screw application along with adhesive application for added strength- if desired. Available in black and natural color options.
      Adhesive back 4- way cable tie mounting bases saves installation time since it is very easy to slip the cable tie into the mounting base with a four sided entry.

Tensioning tools provide a quick and efficient
method for applying and tightening cable ties.

  
 
    MATERIAL:  Tools are available in Plastic and Metal.
OPERATING RANGE:  18 lb. though 175 lb.
      Handheld cable tie tensioning tool give you a safe, quick consistent tension, cinch ties and cutoff excess strap for a clean-looking installations.

A) Model #UN-100 (plastic)
      A lightweight tool for least critical applications. Recommended for use with 18 - 50 lb. ties. Cinch tie to desired bundle and twist tool to remove excess strap. Fasten and automatically cut ties.

B) Model #UN-300 (metal)
      Single spring loaded and comfortable hand force/ fasten and automatically cut ties, with adjustable bundling pressure. Rugged construction makes this tool ideal for use with our 120 - 175 lb. ties. Cinch tie to desired bundle and pull trigger to cut excess flush at cable tie head.

C) Model #UN-400-P (plastic) and D) Model #UN-400-M (metal)
      For C & D: Heavy duty tool for use with 18 - 50 lb. ties. Automatic cut-off and adjustable tensioning for dependable use in assembly applications. The plastic cable tie gun has an adjustable tension knob that lets you customize the pressure needed for each job. Tool available plastic or metal. Fastens & automatically cut ties, with adjustable bundling pressure.
