| The ND Pell-It® is a special, tough nylon plug, inserted into a drilled hole, which makes any threaded fastener self-locking and self-sealing, while leaving it fully adjustable. In addition to nylon, ND Pell-It® is also available in KEL-F® and Vespel® for extremely high temperature applications. ND Pell-It® can be installed in male as well as female threads and is Automotive and Military Approved. | ||||

Microspheres Thread Locking Product |

| ND Microspheres® are micro-encapsulated, room temperature curing adhesives that can be applied to Male and Female threaded fasteners of all sizes and configurations. Microspheres® remain inert until the coated fastener is assembled to its mating part. The forces of engagement crush the microscopic capsules of epoxy resin, mix the separate reactant components, and initiate a chemical reaction which locks the parts together. Within minutes of assembly, ND Microspheres® forms a substantial bond between the mating surfaces which can only be broken with a wrench. Curing continues for up to 72 hours following installation. | ||||

Vibra Tite Thread Locking Product |

| A low-cost blend of acrylic resins which make any threaded fastener self-locking and self-sealing, preventing it from loosening even under extreme vibration. Vibra-Tite® is available factory Pre-Applied or in bottles and User-Applied in cans. Vibra-Tite® must be dried prior to assembly. However, once coated, the parts can be stored indefinitely before use. In addition, ND Vibra-Tite® is Military Approved. | ||||

| ND Strip® is a tough bar of Nylon, KEL-F® or Vespel® that ND Industries automatically inserts into a milled slot in a threaded fastener.
